We have shown time and again that Jesus was there from the beginning of the universe as a physical presence of God either being called God or as the Angel the Lord. But the third part of the Godhead was also there.

The Holy Spirit appears at creation as moving over the waters then again becomes openly active at the creation of Israel. He is there most noticeably when God creates . "He" seems to represent God's feminine nature, there at births and to nurture through the process of the new creation's early growth. He was there to be in several elders with Moses to nurture the transition from a collection of tribes to a nation. He was obviously there at the beginning of the Church and Pentecost. Liberally divided among all Christians but most powerfully in the "Elders" called "Apostles."

Satan sees himself as God. The angels which fell with him seem to view him as such. If not, they agree at least to rebel against God and suffer his fate of expulsion. As the reptile, Satan got man to Fall and took the Earth from him. Rather than the line: "It is better to rule in Hell than to serve in heaven." Satan ruled on Earth. Understand, his "rule" was as limited as he is limited by the fact he is merely an angel. But the other angels served him or at least went on their own way of rebellion. So demonic activity flourished. Drawings of the ancient "gods" of Hindu religion look like things we would call demons. The more human-looking Roman and Greek gods and goddesses also show abilities to change shape or to bring great power against humans. Much as angels sometimes show in human dealings.
There is also a spirit of antichrist. This raises all manner of questions. We find that being mentioned by John.

But John also uses that thermometer to measure the idea of a person as antichrist:
1Jo 2:18 ¶ Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
1Jo 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
2Jo 1:7 ¶ For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
But lets take that deeper for a moment. John writes those passages because he is concerned that Christians know what is false and what is true likely because what is false can LOOK so much like what is true. Here's the apostle's reasoning:
1Jo 2:18 Little children, it is the last hour; and as you were given word that the Antichrist would come, so now a number of Antichrists have come to you; and by this we are certain that it is the last hour.
19 They went out from us but they were not of us; if they had been of us they would still be with us: but they went out from us so that it might be made clear that they were not of us.
20 And you have the Spirit from the Holy One and you all have knowledge.
21 I have not sent you this letter because you have no knowledge of what is true, but because you have knowledge, and because that which is false has nothing in common with that which is true.
22 Who is false but he who says that Jesus is not the Christ? He is the Antichrist who has no belief in the Father or the Son.
23 He who has no belief in the Son has not the Father: he who makes clear his belief in the Son has the Father.
24 But as for you, keep in your hearts the things which were made clear to you from the first. If you keep these things in your hearts you will be kept in the Father and the Son.
25 And this is the hope which he gave you, even eternal life.
26 I am writing these things to you about those whose purpose is that you may be turned out of the true way.
27 As for you, the Spirit which he gave you is still in you, and you have no need of any teacher; but as his Spirit gives you teaching about all things, and is true and not false, so keep your hearts in him, through the teaching which he has given you.
28 And now, my children, keep your hearts in him; so that at his revelation, we may have no fear or shame before him at his coming.
29 If you have knowledge that he is upright, it is clear to you that everyone who does righteousness is his offspring.

John understood the End Times clock began ticking when Jesus went up to Heaven. While he hates the idea of an antichrist and looks forward to all being with Christ, he finds comfort in the fact of the appearance of the antichrists: they were with the Church but left it, and their leaving was God's way of saying they were not of the Church.
In the U.S. , we have so many different churches and different reflections on the ideology of Jesus that people can wander in and out and bring all manner of descension and disagreement and even lead to schisms. In any church, care must be given in welcome and attention paid to the focus of newcomers. Because we have the Holy Spirit then we can judge, analyze and evaluate.
We need to see the ways Christ can be denied which are sometimes quite artful. Some can claim Christ and then say the focus is their own wealth. Use their own wealth to influence the way the church goes. Drive off those who listen to James who warns the wealthy not to be content or think their wealth is a great thing in the eyes of God even as he warns the impoverished not to be proud in their poverty. Meaning that apostle knew that wealth is given and taken in a heartbeat even as his brother told the story of the rich man who worked his whole life to lay up great stores in his warehouses and then was told he would die that night. Jesus' implication in that parable was that the work should have been given to building a life for God. The wealth would come one way or the other. Money as the source of much evil because the acquisition of it or the lack of it can lead people astray. (I mention this example as a lead in to our next post.)
John's solution to resisting the seduction of antichrists is to keep the things we learned, the arrival of the Spirit, the reading and memorization of Scripture and the value of the love of Christ shed aboard in our hearts and the outpouring of the rivers of living water.
"The Spirit is still in you." When tested, when failing, when testifying, when living day to day, we are to keep that in mind and nurture it, cherish it. There are times we will not feel it, times we will wonder where it has gone, but recall those words: "The Spirit is still in you." Take time. Pray. Repent from whatever is stilling His voice in you. He will blossom again.
But there is another trinity that weaves its way through Scripture. It's a physical manifestation of the Spiritual evil "trinity". It becomes obvious in Revelation but it appears in part many places: Satan antichrist, and false prophet.

The lost world which they have converted to their way, which does their bidding, knowingly or unknowingly, in the latter days, is the world system, begun in Babylon and called that at the end times by the angel and repeated by John. Fittingly, dubbed the Harlot or Whore of Babylon
Re 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

(Remember, God's will here is the destruction of the evil "city.")

This has been the source of much misunderstanding. "The seven hills" and the martyrdom of so many Protestant believers (Foxe's Book of Martyrs) http://www.ccel.org/f/foxe/martyrs/home.html have led some to claim the Catholic Church as the "whore of Babylon." Rome and its seven hills. the "home" of the Vatican, becomes a more likely "whore" here. And the connection of the Antichrist as the head of the kingdom that killed the Messiah (Daniel 9:26) But recall that Babylon has existed since long before Catholicism despite its many mistakes and the "Babylon" tag has always represented the world system which holds false values of success and power over the values Christ defined clearly for the Church. Babylon is really the mindset of worldly sexual and monetary focus, the worship of the self over everything else that gets mentally transferred by the man wanting the perfect woman who symbolizes all the worldly power by being at his side, the woman, the perfect car, the perfect house, the appearance of personal and professional success. People like successful real estate salesmen who must have the obedient wife, so much so that they will import oe if they have to, people who need golden toilets to certify their success in their own minds, but never quite get the completion of their dream to taste as sweet as what they thought it would. This explains why a wife getting older gets left behind, why women of successful men get all manner of plastic surgery and botox to look the part, why the queen of porn disappears for another queen of porn every few years. Gravity is the enemy of any physical perfection in woman OR man.
Don't forget the man getting hair transplants and working the machines at the gym to match Ryan Gosling's abs. The sexual revolution has made the American woman as big a fool as the American male and their televised images have multiplied the foolishness worldwide. I once saw an evangelist and his wife on a talk show and both were aging and using the same hair dye coloring. Televison amplifies ego foolishness a hundred fold.
But, basically because of their subservient role throughout history, women have been seen as the "trophy" and therefore have tended to represent those "values" to get the best man for themselves and their children, Cleopatra, the "Venus" goddesses from the Genesis history, goddesses in general, Jezebel, In modern America, successful female singers like Madonna and Lady Gaga have founded their success on sexual temptation and distraction telling women their sebxuality was the way to get rich. Every woman was a whore she just needed to be a big enough whore to succeed. Or "reality stars" the Kardashian sisters who have made an art of marrying a rich guy and broadcasting their sexual antics. Certainly the female porn stars that are on the internet so much, and seem to be the modern descendants of the idol goddesses come to mind. They, like the harlot of the end times, symbolize the worldly system overshadowing humanity, the person themselves become nothing more than a symbol. The snake at eternal enmity to the women reducing her to less than human, to his sexual tool.

We will deal with that part a bit more when we concern ourselves with the Refreshed Flesh of end times, so let's go to the last part of that trinity.

The false prophet enters the idea of the end times trinity because he is powered by the spirit of antichrist which seems to be composed of several different demon spirits which would be the only way it could copy the omnipresence of the Holy Spirit. And false prophets mouth the ideas of those false spirits
Re 16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
Re 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Re 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Remember that the devil deceives even those who deceive for him. He has them preach reincarnation instead of salvation. He has them preach another god or another christ.
But, just as the harlot has been epitomized over the centuries, so to has the false prophet and we find the perfect example in Numbers so before we leave Moses and Joshua behind, lets meet Balaam, the model for false prophets.

11 And the beast which was, and is not, is himself the eighth, and is of the seven; and he goes into destruction.
12 And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which still have been given no kingdom; but they are given authority as kings, with the beast, for one hour.
13 These have one mind, and they give their power and authority to the beast.
14 These will make war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because he is the Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with him are named, marked out, and true.
15 And he said to me, The waters which you saw, where the evil woman is seated, are peoples, and armies, and nations and languages.
16 And the ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will be turned against the evil woman, and will make her waste and uncovered, and will take her flesh for food, and will have her burned with fire.
17 Because God has put it in their hearts to do his purpose, and to be of one mind, giving their kingdom to the beast, till the words of God have effect and are complete.
(Remember, God's will here is the destruction of the evil "city.")
18 And the woman whom you saw is the great town, which is ruling over the kings of the earth.

This has been the source of much misunderstanding. "The seven hills" and the martyrdom of so many Protestant believers (Foxe's Book of Martyrs) http://www.ccel.org/f/foxe/martyrs/home.html have led some to claim the Catholic Church as the "whore of Babylon." Rome and its seven hills. the "home" of the Vatican, becomes a more likely "whore" here. And the connection of the Antichrist as the head of the kingdom that killed the Messiah (Daniel 9:26) But recall that Babylon has existed since long before Catholicism despite its many mistakes and the "Babylon" tag has always represented the world system which holds false values of success and power over the values Christ defined clearly for the Church. Babylon is really the mindset of worldly sexual and monetary focus, the worship of the self over everything else that gets mentally transferred by the man wanting the perfect woman who symbolizes all the worldly power by being at his side, the woman, the perfect car, the perfect house, the appearance of personal and professional success. People like successful real estate salesmen who must have the obedient wife, so much so that they will import oe if they have to, people who need golden toilets to certify their success in their own minds, but never quite get the completion of their dream to taste as sweet as what they thought it would. This explains why a wife getting older gets left behind, why women of successful men get all manner of plastic surgery and botox to look the part, why the queen of porn disappears for another queen of porn every few years. Gravity is the enemy of any physical perfection in woman OR man.
Don't forget the man getting hair transplants and working the machines at the gym to match Ryan Gosling's abs. The sexual revolution has made the American woman as big a fool as the American male and their televised images have multiplied the foolishness worldwide. I once saw an evangelist and his wife on a talk show and both were aging and using the same hair dye coloring. Televison amplifies ego foolishness a hundred fold.
But, basically because of their subservient role throughout history, women have been seen as the "trophy" and therefore have tended to represent those "values" to get the best man for themselves and their children, Cleopatra, the "Venus" goddesses from the Genesis history, goddesses in general, Jezebel, In modern America, successful female singers like Madonna and Lady Gaga have founded their success on sexual temptation and distraction telling women their sebxuality was the way to get rich. Every woman was a whore she just needed to be a big enough whore to succeed. Or "reality stars" the Kardashian sisters who have made an art of marrying a rich guy and broadcasting their sexual antics. Certainly the female porn stars that are on the internet so much, and seem to be the modern descendants of the idol goddesses come to mind. They, like the harlot of the end times, symbolize the worldly system overshadowing humanity, the person themselves become nothing more than a symbol. The snake at eternal enmity to the women reducing her to less than human, to his sexual tool.

We will deal with that part a bit more when we concern ourselves with the Refreshed Flesh of end times, so let's go to the last part of that trinity.

The false prophet enters the idea of the end times trinity because he is powered by the spirit of antichrist which seems to be composed of several different demon spirits which would be the only way it could copy the omnipresence of the Holy Spirit. And false prophets mouth the ideas of those false spirits
Re 16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
Re 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Re 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Remember that the devil deceives even those who deceive for him. He has them preach reincarnation instead of salvation. He has them preach another god or another christ.
But, just as the harlot has been epitomized over the centuries, so to has the false prophet and we find the perfect example in Numbers so before we leave Moses and Joshua behind, lets meet Balaam, the model for false prophets.
